This holiday season I beg of you to not serve canned cranberry sauce. I invite you to savor the full flavor in my personal cranberry sauce recipe. This sauce is so tasty and so simple to make you have no reason to open a can of jellied cranberry sauce.
Bring orange juice, honey, and cranberries to bubble until cranberries burst.
Simmer, stirring as needed until cranberries are soft. This is a great time for a taste test. Add additional honey or spices as needed. Be careful though as this will be rather hot!
Serve chilled and garnish with orange zest.
